- Default and free shipping within the continental US will be shipped FedEx or USPS ground. Orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 5 business days. Free ground shipping for all orders over $50. For shipping outside of the continental US, additional handling and shipping fees will need to be collected and such an arrangements may be made between Painting for Life™ and purchaser on a case-by-case basis. Most orders can be shipped out in approximately 1-3 business days. However, some products are specialty so please allow for up to two weeks for delivery. Whenever possible, tracking information on orders will be e-mailed to the purchaser.
- Privacy & Security
- The server on which the Painting for Life website is hosted is a secure server. All payments are conducted through PayPal for added assurance. The information collected on this site are for the sole purpose of immediate commerce and will not be sold or distributed to any third parties. By purchasing through our site, Painting for Life will add your email to our Friends of Painting for Life email list, a monthly mailing of updates and special deals. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns for credit or replacement will be granted for merchandise damaged during shipping within 30 (thirty) days of purchase and with valid proof of purchase. To make a return, please call our customer service number between the hours of 9am and 5pm, MST or submit an RNA Request Form. Damaged merchandise must be sent back to Painting for Life™ with an assigned RNA number before a replacement will be sent or account credited. There are no returns or refunds on customized products. Refunds will be credited to the user's account and may be applied toward future purchases.
- Ordering
- We have done our best, here at Painting for Life, to make ordering as easy and carefree as possible. However, this is a website that is currently a work in progress. If you find, for any reason, any problems when ordering, please let us know. Feel free to place your order by phone at any time should you run into any problems with our web portal.
Also, Painting for Life was built by creating custom orders. If there is something you would like that you don’t see here on this site, or if you’d like to add any kind of personalization to your cards or prints, please email (friends@paintingforlife.com) us or give us a call and we can get a custom quote for you. - Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Painting for Life accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Painting for Life will also accept mailed checks, however, merchandise will not be shipped until check has cleared, which will add to the turn around time. Are you a Friend yet?
